Solution:-
Area of an isosceles triangle = 1/2 × base × height
It is a right angled isosceles triangle then,
base = perpendicular
base = perpendicular = x
Then the area = 1/2 × x × x
200 =1/2x²
x² = 200 × 2
x² = 400
x = √400
x = 20 cm
Therefore,
base = perpendicular = 20 cm
So, by Pythagoras theorem
(Hypotenuse)² = (Base)² + (Perpendicular)²
H² = 20² + 20²
H² = 400 + 400
H² = 800
H = √800
H = 20√2
So, the perimeter = Hypotenuse + Base + Perpendicular
= 20√2 + 20 + 20
= 28.28 +40
= 68.28 cm

Area of an isosceles triangle = 1/2 × base × height

So, the perimeter = Hypotenuse + Base + Perpendicular
= 20√2 + 20 + 20
= 28.28 +40
= 68.28 cm
