Answer:

In rectangle opposite sides are equal.So,if CD is equal to 7 then the opposite side of CD is also 7.Its same for the AB also..

Therefore perimeter=2(l+b)=2(7+3.5)=(2×7)+(2×3.5)=14+7=21[Using distributive property]
