A correction required in your question; 220 sq cm can't be the respective length of rectangle because of two reasons (1) the unit of length is suppose to be in 'cm' and not 'sq cm' , (2) A rectangle with length 220 and breadth 11 doesn't sounds correct. So, take 220 sq cm. as the area of the required rectangle.

Area of rectangle = 220 sq cm.

Area of rectangle = Length × Breadth

220 = Length × 11

Length of rectangle = 220/11 = 20 cm.

Perimeter of rectangle = 2(Length + Breadth)

Perimeter = 2(20 + 11) = 2(31) = 62 cm.
