ANSWER WITH STEPS AND FULL EXPLANATION

If the area of any square is x square units, then the side of the square is of \sqrt{x} units.
Here, the area of the square is 2.25 m².
So, the side of the square is \sqrt{2.25 m^{2}} = 1.5 m
So, the side of the square is 1.5 m.

Now, if the side of any square is a units, then the perimeter of the square is 4a units.
Here, the side of the square is found to be 1.5 m.
So, the perimeter of the square is (4 × 1.5) m = 6 m.

∴ The perimeter of the square is 6 m.

Hope this may help you.
