Step-by-step explanation:

Side BC by Pythagoras theorem is

 \sqrt{5 ^{2} + 12^{2}  }  =  \sqrt{169} = 13cm

The diameter of semi circle is 13cm so radius is 7.5cm

the perimeter of the semicircle is

3.14*7.5 = 23.55cm

But as side BC is common to both triangle and semicircle it is subtracted

23.55-13= 10.55cm

therefore, perimeter of the entire figure is

10.55+5+12 = 27.55cm
