Solution:

We know that perimeter is the sum of all sides.

∵ Perimeter of given hexagon = AB + BC+ CD + DE + EF + FA

(3x-2y) + (x + 2y) + (x + 2y) + (3x-2y) + (x + 2y) + (x + 2y)

2(3x - 2y) + 4(x+2y)

6x - 4y + 4x + 8y

10x + 4y

Hence, the perimeter of the given hexagon is 10x+4y.
