find the perimeter of the square in the given figure also find the value of x

given:

a square ABCD.

DC= (3x-8)cm

CB = (x + 14) cm​

We know that, in a square all sides are equal.

therefore, DC = CB

=> 3x - 8 = x + 14

=> 3x - x = 14 + 8

=> 2x = 22

=> x = 22/2

=> x = 11

length of each side,a = 11cm

perimeter of the square = 4a

= 4×11

= 44cm
