Hi ,

radius of the

semicircle ( r ) = 5.6cm

1 ) perimeter of the semicircle

= πr + 2r

= 22r/7 + 2r

= r ( 22/7 + 2 )

= r ( 22 + 14 ) /7

= 36r/7

= ( 36 × 5.6 ) /7

= ( 36 × 0.8 )

= 28.8 cm

2 ) area of the semicircle

= π r²/2

= ( 22 × 5.6 × 5.6 )/ ( 7 × 2 )

= 11 × 5.6 × 0.8

= 49.28 square cm

ur answer is right here

For perimeter plz

πr + 2r
22/7 (5.6) + 2(5.6)
17.6 + 11.2
28.8 cm
