I am giving the hints. You solve it by yourself.
1. Find the slope the line AB. (1/7)
2.find the slope of perpendicular bisector.(-7)
3. find the point through which perpendicular bisector passes.(3/2, 7/2)
4. find the equation of line.(7x+y-14=0)
5. find the point on x axis where the line meets.(put y=0 in the line and you will get x=2)

I hope you can solve it by yourself now!!
