Here is your answer:

Abscissa means "x coordinate" .

As Abscissa is equal to 3, Then value of x is equal to 3.

Given line equation is →  y = -3x.  

Now , substitute the value of x in the above given line equation. 

Then, y = -3 (3) = -9.

So, x=3 & y =-9.

Therefore the point is (x,y) → (3,-9)

equation -. y = - 3 x

now ,

put the value on equation

y = - 3 x

y = -3×3

y= -9

point = ( 3 ,-9)
