General expression for quadratic polynomial is,
x² - (sum of zeroes)x + product of zeroes.
Hence putting the values we get,
x² + x/2 + 1/2.

HI !

Sum of zeros = -1/2
Product of zeros = 1/2

Quadratic polynomial :-

x² - (Sum of zeros)x + (Product of zeros )

x
²- (-1/2)x + 1/2

x² + 1/2x + 1/2            ----> required polynomial
