α+β=-b/a

αβ = c/a

9+1/9 =81+1/9= 82/9

9 x 1/9 =9/9 =1

k(x²-(α+β)x + αβ)

k (x²-(82/9)x+1)

k[(9x²-82/9x+1/9)/9]

if k =9

polynomial is 9x²-82x+1.....

JYOLSNAS: Wrong
