r=3P+5/P-3

using the 3rd term

p-3*3P%2B5%2FP-3^2=18P-5

Solving we have

9p^2+30P+25=18P^2-59p+15

Solving the quadractic eqn

p=-1/9 OR 10 WE ARE ONLY USING THE POSITIVE VALUE.
