Average age of P, Q & R = 25 years
((P-5)+(Q-5)+(R-5))/3 = 25
P+Q+R-15 = 25*3
P+Q+R = 75 + 15
P+Q+R = 90-----------> (1)

7 years ago:
Average age of Q & R = 20 years
((P-7)+(Q-7))/2 = 20
P+Q-14 = 20*2
P+Q = 40 + 14
P+Q = 54 --------------->(2)

From eqns (1) & (2), we can write
P+54 = 90
P = 90-54
P = 36

Present age of P is 36 years
