Firstly draw the no. of cases that you may get after rolling two dice. The no. of outcomes will be 36. Consider the cases which get the values 8 or more on adding the two digits on a die. The no. of such cases will be 15 i.e. (2,6) (3,5) (3,6)……. (6,4) (6,5) (6,6). So probability is given by no. of favourable outcomes / Total no. of outcomes
P = 15/36 = 0.41
P(sum less than 7) = 1 - 0.41 = 0.59
P = 15/36 = 0.41
P(sum less than 7) = 1 - 0.41 = 0.59
