\small\boxed{Distributive\: property}

The distributive property tells us how to solve expressions in the form of a(b + c).

\small\boxed{Solving}

First , let's write 99 as the sum of (90+9)

Here , a = 3 , b = 90 , c = 9

3× 99 = 3× (90+9)

= 3× 90 + 3× 9

= 270 + 27

= 297

\small\boxed{Hence, \: the\:answer\:is\:297}
