Using identity

(x+a)(x+b)=x²+(a+b)x+ab

a. a=4 b=12

(x+4)(x+12)=x²+(4+12)x+4×12

=x²+16x+48

b.a=10 b=-5

(x+10)(x-5)=x²+{10+(-5)}x+10×(-5)

=x²+5x+(-50)

=x²+5x-50

c.a=(-2) b=(-3)

(x-2)(x-3)=x²+{(-2)+(-3)}x+(-2)×(-3)

=x²+(-5)x+6

=x²-5x+6
