Answer:

If we take m²-1=20,then m²=20+1=21

Here, the value of m will not be a integer.

Now, let us make m²+1= 20.Again m²=19 will not give an integer value of m.

Let us take 2m=20,which give an integer value of m,which is m=10

Thus, (m²-1)=(10²-1)=(100-1)=99

And,(m²+1)=(10²+1)=(100+1)=101

So,the required triplet is 20,99,101
