Quadratic Equation is given by :-

 \bold {k(x^2-(sum of zeroes)x+(product of zeroes)}

So

Sum of zeroes = -1/4
Product of zeroes = 1/4

Put in formula ;

 \bold {k(x^2-(sum of zeroes)x+(product of zeroes)}

 \bold {k(x^2-(-1/4)x+(1/4)}

 \bold {k(x^2+1/4 x + 1/4}

Multiply equation by 4

 \bold {k(4x^2+x+1)}

Here k = 1

Answer:

4x^{2} +x+1\\

Step-by-step explanation:

let as assume the zeros be a and b.

a+b= -1/4

ab = 1/4

Quadratic polynomials

x^{2} -(a+b)x+ab\\x^{2} +1/4x+1/4\\4x^{2} +x+1
