we know that

quadratic polynomial=x^2-(sum of roots)x+product of roots

sum of roots =1/3 +(-2)

=2-12 /3

-10/3

quadratic polynomial=x^2+10/3x+(-2/3)

=x^2+10/3 x-2/3

=6x^2 +10x-2
