the general formula of quadratic equation =

 {x}^{2}  - x( \alpha  +  \beta ) +  \alpha  \beta

given that sum of the zeroes= 2/3 , product of the zeroes= 2

therefore the equation = x^2 -(2/3)x+ 2

= x^2 - (2x/3) + 2
