Let one zero of polynomial be a and another zero be b.

Then using general quadratic formula,

That is K(x²-Sx+P) ,

Here k is constant

S is sum of zeroes

And P is the product of zeroes

Therefore,

S = a+b = (-3) and P = a*b = (2)

Hence K(x²-(-3)x+2)

Here k = 1

The required quadratic polynomial is

x²+3x+2
