Since,

 \alpha  +  \beta  = 2  \:  \: and \:  \:  \alpha  \beta  =  \frac{ - 3}{5}

So,

Quadratic polynomial=

 =  {x}^{2}  - ( \alpha  +  \beta )x +  \alpha  \beta  \\  =  {x}^{2}  - 2x -  \frac{3}{5} \\  = 5 {x}^{2}  - 10x - 3
