Find the quadratic polynomial whose sum of zeroes is 2 and
product of zeroes is -3.

Answer:

sum \: of \: zeros \: ( \alpha  +  \beta ) = 2

product \: of \: zeros \: (  \alpha  \beta ) =  - 3

p(x) =  {x}^{2}  - ( \alpha  +  \beta )x +  \alpha  \beta

 {x}^{2}  - (2)x + ( - 3)

 {x}^{2}  - 2x - 3

The polynomial is = x^2 - 2x - 3

Ans. x^2 - 2x - 3
