Let alpha be 1.     Beeta be -3.                       General formula of quadratic polynomial is x2-(alpha+beta)x+alpha beta.  I.e...x2-(1-3)x+(1*-3)  I. E...x2-(-2)x+3  x2+2x+3 is the required polynomial
