1 year = 365 days
3 years = 3 x 365 = 1095 days
S.I = PRT/100 , Where P is principal, R is rate of interest , T is time period
According to the question,

200 x 1095x R/100 = 1500 x 146 x R/100
2190R = 2190R
R = 1%

You can verify it by putting R= 1% in the equation.
