given ,

area of circle= 12.32 cm^²

πr^²= 12.32

R^²= 12.32×7/22= 3.92

r= √3.92= 1.96 approx

now perimeter of circle= 2πr

2×22/7×1.96= 12.32

perimeter= 12.32

hope it help you

Let the radius of the circle is r cm
Area of circle is 12.32 sq cm
AS we know that
Area of circle = π r^2
12.32 =  \frac{22}{7}  \times r {}^{2}  \\ r {}^{2}  =  \frac{12.32 \times 7}{22}  \\ r {}^{2}  = 3.92 \\ r  = \sqrt{3.92}  \\ r = 1.97 \: cm
Now Perimeter of the circle = 2π r
 = 2 \times  \frac{22}{7}  \times 1.97 \\  = 12.38 \: cm
The radius of the circle is 1.97cm
The perimeter of the circle is 12.38 cm
