area of circle=1/2of it's perimeters
pie×r^2=1/2×2×pie×r
r=1
i.e.radius of a circle is 1
pie×r^2=1/2×2×pie×r
r=1
i.e.radius of a circle is 1

area = πr^2
perimeter =2πr
since, area = 1/2 perimeter
πr^2 = ( 1/2 ) x 2πr
πr^2 = πr
Now , π on the LHS and RHS get cancelled out
r^2 = r
r^2 / r = 1
r = 1
perimeter =2πr
since, area = 1/2 perimeter
πr^2 = ( 1/2 ) x 2πr
πr^2 = πr
Now , π on the LHS and RHS get cancelled out
r^2 = r
r^2 / r = 1
r = 1
