1
circumference of a circle is= 2 x pi x  r
57.2=2 x pi x  r
r=57.2/(2pi)
therefore the radius is=9.09cm
hope this helps!!

saurabh88: wrong
vickybatra: its right my friend the value 9.09 can be rounded off to 9.1.
abha5: ok

circumference of circle =57.2cm
2πr=57.2
πR=57.2÷2=28.6
r=28.6×7/22
r=200.2/22
r=9.1cm

saurabh88: right
abha5: thank you
saurabh88: the circumference of a circle excceds its diameter by 30.find the radius of circle
vickybatra: 2x pi x r - r/2 = 30 ;
vickybatra: 4 x pi x r - r =60
vickybatra: r(4pi - 1) = 60
vickybatra: r=60/(4pi - 1)
vickybatra: put the value of pi and solve it further to derive to the answer
