Using section formula,

(-4,-1)=[(-2m1-7m2)/m1+m2,(-5m1+5m2)/m1+m2]

Now we have,

-4(m1+m2)=-2m1-7m2

-4m1-4m2=-2m1-7m2

-2m1=-3m2

m1/m2=3/2

Therefore,m1:m2=3:2
