=> m1 / m2 = 1 /2
=> m1 : m2 = 1 : 2
Now,
Y = (m1 y2 + m2 y1) / (m1 +m2)
=> m = ( 1 × 3 + 2 × 3) / (1 +2)
=> m = 9 / 3
=> m = 3
