  let ratio be K;1

       so by section formula,

  y  = 7*k+1*3/K+1

  0 = 7K + 3

    K = - 3/7

   AS IT CAN'T BE NEGATIVE

   RATIO IS K:1 = 3:7

   SO , AGAIN BY SECTION FORMULA

X = 3*3 + -2*7 / 7+3

   = 9- 14/10

   = -5/10

  = -1/2

 

SO POINT IS -1/2 , 0

   AND RATIO 3:7
