a^3 + b^3 and a^2 - b^2​

Formulae:

a³ + b³ = (a + b) (a² - ab + b²)

a² - b² = (a + b) (a - b)

Now,

 \frac{( {a}^{3} +  {b}^{3}) }{( {a}^{2} -  {b}^{2}) } \\  \\ =  \frac{(a + b)( {a}^{2}  - ab \:  + {b}^{2}) }{(a  \:  + b \: )(a \:  -  \: b)}  \\  \\  =  \frac{( {a}^{2}  -  \: ab +  {b}^{2} )}{(a \:  -  \: b)}

Therefore,

(a³ + b³) : (a² - b²) = (a² - ab + b²) : (a - b)
