Hlw mate!!
1.30 : 1.5
First we need to convert the given ratio into fraction,
= 30/15, [divide both the numerator and denominator by 15 since, the h.c.f. of 30 and 15 is 15]
= 2/1
= 2 : 1
2.1.5 m=1500cm
the ratio 40:1500
2:75
3.You have to equal the unit first
as 1 Rupee = 100 paise
so,
55paise: 100paise
= 11: 20
4.500 ml to 2 liters
2 liters = 2 x 1000 ml = 2000 ml [∵ 1 litre = 1000 ml]
Now, ratio of 500 ml to 2 liters = 500 ml : 2 liters
⇒ 500 ml : 2000 ml = 500/2000 = 1/4 = 1 : 4
Hope it helpful

Hloooo mate
here is your answer.
a) 1 Hour=60 Min
so, 1.5hour =90 Min
30min:1.5hour=30:90= 1:3ans…
b) 1m=100cm So, 1.5m = 150cm
40cm:1.5m = 40:150 = 4:15ans…
c) 1rs=100paise
so ,
55:100 = 11:20ans……
d) 1l=1000ml so, 2l=2000ml
so,
500:2000=1:4ans……
I HOPE it is HELPFUL.
