Answer:

2(x-1)(x-3)

=2(x²-4x +3)

=2x²- 8x +6

The sum of the zeroes are -b/a

= -(-8)/2 = 8/2 =4

The product of the zeroes are

=c/a

= 6/2 =3

Hence the ratio is 4/3
