Ratios..
As they both are not in the same unit so we need to convert them into the same unit.
1m = 100cm
4m = 4×100cm
=> 400cm
==> 400cm + 5 cm
==> 405 cm
Ratio of 4m 5cm to 45 cm
405/45
=> 9:1
