Score = A group of 20 objects
Dozen = A group of 12 objects

Cost of 20 pencils = ₹96
Cost of 1 pencil = ₹96 / 20 = ₹4.8

Cost of 12 ball pens = ₹50.40
Cost of 1 ball pen = ₹50.40 / 12 = ₹4.2

Ratio of cost of pencil and ball pen = ₹4.8 : ₹4.2 = 8 : 7
