CSA of cylinder= 2πrh = 2 x 22/7 x 2.1 x 9 = 118.8 m²
TSA of cylinder = 2πr (h+r) = 2πrh + 2πr² = 118.8 + 27.72 = 146.52 m²

Ratio of TSA of cylinder to CSA of cylinder = 146.52 : 118.8
