Firstly same the denominator

LCM OF 5 AND 3 = 15

 \frac{1}{5}  \times  \frac{3}{3}  =  \frac{3}{15}  \\  \frac{2}{3}  \times  \frac{5}{5}  =  \frac{10}{15}

rational numbers between are

 \frac{4}{15}  .\frac{5}{15} .\frac{6}{15}  \frac{7}{15} \frac{8}{15}  \frac{9}{15}

In 1/5 of both numerator and denominator multiply by 3 and In 2/3 we multiply by 5 in both numerator and denominator then we get six rational no. 4/15, 5/15,6/15,7/15,8/15,9/15

Because we first take the LCMof 1/5 and 2/5 we got the 15 so we make the denominator of 1/5 and 2/3 is 15 .
