Hey mate just use the formula...

r+s/2

Like:

  1. 2+4/2=6/2=3/1=3. A new one..,
  2. 2+3/2 =5/2

So, here are the numbers...

Rational number between 2 and 4

As we know, rational number should be in the form if p/q so, we can say that 2 = 2/1 and 4=4/1

Now, to find rational numbers between them let's multiple it's denominator with 2

That is,

= \displaystyle\frac {2×2}{1×2}

= \displaystyle\frac {4}{2}

And

= \displaystyle\frac {4×2}{1×2}

= \displaystyle\frac {8}{2}

Now, write all the rational numbers between these two numbers

= \displaystyle\frac {5}{2}, \displaystyle\frac {6}{2}, \displaystyle\frac {7}{2}.

By using this method you can find as many numbers as you want.
