R.D.=density of mercy/density of water at 4°C
R.D.=13600/1000

In order to find relative density we use water as it's divident. So we have 1000 kg/m^3 the density of water divided with it:

13.6 x 10^3 / 1000

makes it 13.6 x 10

which is 136 kg/m^3

I hope this helps!
