Here is yr answer.....
=> 2x³ - x² + 3x - 1
(2x-1) = 0
2x = 1
x = 1/2
=> 2(1/2)³ - (1/2)² + 3(1/2) - 1
=> 2(1/8) - (1/4) + 3/2 - 1
=> 1/4 - 1/4 + 3/2 - 1
=> 1-1+6-4/4
=> 7-5/4
=> 2/4
=> 1/2
Therefore, (2x-1) is not the zero of the polynomial!
