If A is any number and when we divide it by 6 it leaves a remainder of 3. So for A² as well, the remainder left will be 3 (this is your answer)

Lets take 2 examples to understand a little better.

Let A = 9; dividing by 6 gives us a remainder 3. Now A² will be 81. Dividing 81 by 6 will also give you a remainder 3.

Now let A = 21; dividing by 6 gives us a remainder 3. Now A² will be 441. Dividing 441 by 6 will also give you a remainder 3.
