HELLO.....FRIEND!!

THE ANSWER IS HERE,

let \: p(x) \:  =  \: 3 {x}^{3}  - 7 {x}^{2}  + 7x + 11 + 4

According to remainder theorem,

p (x) is divided by x+1 .

So, the remainder will be p (-1).

 =  >  \: 3( { - 1})^{3}  - 7( { - 1})^{2} + 7( - 1) + 15

 =  >  \:  - 3 - 7 - 7 + 15

 =  >  \:  - 2

So, the remainder will be -2 .

:-)Hope it helps u.
