remainder of f(x) is ,when divided by 2x - 1;
2x - 1 = 0 
x = 1/2
f(1/2) = 4(1/2)³ - 12(1/2)² + 11(1/2) - 5
f(1/2) = 1/2 - 3 +11/2 - 5
f(1/2) = -2
hence remainder = -2
