Find the remainder when
3x^3+5x^2-11x+4 is divisible by x+3

p(x)= 3x³+5x²-11x+4
q(x)= x+3
value of x
q(x)=0
x+3=0
x= -3

Putting value of x= -3 in p(x)
p(-3)= 3×-3³+5×-3²-11×-3+4
= -81+45+33+4
= -81+82
= 1
therefore remainder is 1
