Find the remainder when x^3-6x^2+11x-6 is divided by x^2-4x+3

Solution :-

dividing by long division method we get,

x²-4x+3 ) x^3-6x^2+11x-6 ( x - 2

x³ - 4x² + 3x

-2x² - 8x - 6

-2x² + 8x - 6

(-16x)

we get,

→ quotient = (x - 2)

→ Remainder = (-16x)
