 Let  \: p(x) = 4x^{3} - 3x^{2} + 2x - 47

 If \: (x+2) \:is \: divided \:by \: p(x) \:then \:the

 remainder \: is \: p(-2)

 p(-2) = 4(-2)^{3} - 3(-2)^{2} + 2(-2) - 47

 = 4 \times (-8) - 3\times 4 - 4 - 47

 = -32 - 12 - 4 - 47

 = -95

Therefore.,

 \red{ Required \: Remainder }\green {= -95}
