First, we should take out the equivalent parallel resistance between R3 and R4.
1/Req= 1/R3 + 1/R4
= R4+R3/R4R3
∴ Req= R4R3/R4+R3
Now Req between M and N
= R1+ R2+ R4R3/R4+R3
= R1(R4+R3) + R2(R4+R3) + R4R3/ R4+R3
