Here we use the concept of "short circuit "

point A and B have same pitential so, we can assume both are in one point . AB {see figure }
similarly CD assume one point .
we got all resistance after arranging , in parallel combination .
so, use the parallel combination concept __________________________
1/Req = 1/R₁ + 1/R₂ + 1/R₃
= 1/3 + 1/3 + 1/3
= 3/3
= 1 Ω
now, use Ohm's Law

I = V/R = 9/1 = 9 A
